A Bit More About Me
“You do your best, and I’ll do my best to support you.”

That’s what my dad told me the night before I left home for college.
A simple sentence, but one that carried a lifetime of love and trust in potential.
Over time, that message became the foundation of my work and design philosophy. It’s what I now share with every learner I meet: “Even if I don’t have the skill yet, the resources, or the perfect situation, I can still make it happen.”

This belief has guided me to teach English to the children of North Korean refugees, design games that help K–2 learners from underserved communities build computational thinking skills, and create experiences that help non-CS students feel a sense of belonging in computer science spaces.

My favorite outcomes can’t be measured by metrics. They live in the smiles of learners discovering something new, the questions they ask, the projects they start on their own, and the moments they ask, “When’s the next session?”

I design and build with one goal in mind: to do my best to support learners, so they can do their best to reach the dreams they’ve imagined.
