Leadership Experience

Co-chair of the International Student Organizing Committee (Oct 2022 - Present) 

  • Organize and host various events and workshops that promote a vibrant and inclusive sense of global community within the Mount Holyoke College community:

    • 'Pre-Orientation' for 100+ international students to adjust to living in the States/college

    • 'Friendsgiving' event for students who are staying on campus during Thanksgiving Day​

    • 'International Student Appreciation Week' to celebrate international student body on campus by collaborating with cultural orgs on campus 

    • 'International Senior Tassel Ceremony' to acknolwedge the journey international seniors on campus have gone through

Organizer of Google Developer Group on Campus (Sept 2024 - May 2025)

  • Recruited and Piloted a 3 development teams of 5 people each

  • Facilitated workshops about Agile-Scrum and GitHub

  • Coordinated weekly meetings where each team share their progress

  • Assisted teams to find the solutions for problems

  • Organized Google Developer Forum, where 20+ MHC students and faculties shared their work and connect with each other

Computer Doctor Project (Sept - Dec 2023)

  • Recruited and Piloted a cross-functional team of 5 people

  • Ran workshops about Agile-Scrum Methodology

  • Designed templates for Gantt chart, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Sprint Retrospectives for team members​

  • Coordinated weekly meetings where team members shared progress and aligned their work.
